HOW TO WASH THE BOARD
Wooden boards should only be hand washed.
DO NOT put the board in the dishwasher - it damages natural wood.
After each use, a wooden board should be cleaned with warm water, dish soap, and a soft sponge. Be sure to clean any crevices where food and bacteria may hide.Immediately dry off your board with a dry dish towel. Since you're dealing with wood, allowing your board to sit wet for a long period of time can cause wood fibers to swell, and your board to warp or split as a result.

Due to the natural nature of the wood, variation in the shade does happen and only adds to the beauty of the product - no two boards are alike. By purchasing you understand that we cannot issue a refund or produce a re-make an item due to light or dark areas on the cutting board.

RETURNS
We can’t be responsible for a change of mind, but if a printing mistake is made on our end, we will replace the item free of charge. All custom/personalized/food grade items are non-refundable.
Please note that we do our best to represent colors in all of our product photos and proofs, but due to browser and monitor settings, colors may vary from your computer screen to the print item(s).
Requests for returns must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving an item. A return authorization number must be issued in order to return the item in new condition. Once received, in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund for the item – shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees and for your protection, we recommend you obtain a tracking number for the package.
Returns are at our discretion.
